Study for the installation of switches in L1 Lima

Included:

Study of gauges for the transport of assembled switches.
Design and construction of a transportation system adapted to the line layout.
Development of specific implementation procedures for each switch.
Time-motion methodology for all construction equipment.
Installation of switches in reduced time windows, leaving the track installed and welded, without speed limitation at the end of an exceptional 12-hour cut, including disassembly of the existing track, lowering of the ballast bed, implementation of a new switch using PEM-LEM gantries , ballast irrigation and leveling of the switch in the final position.
